Below is a summary of the service we provide when arranging new cover, renewals, claims and financing but in addition to this, and more importantly our brokers form an ongoing business relationship and friendship with their clients. This often sets Towes apart from other broking houses giving us the ability and knowledge to provide a better service to you.
New Covers
- We will prepare a detailed submission of the covers required and general client needs.
- Survey your business site including digital photos and a detailed report.
- Obtain claims records and past loss details
- Prepare your insurance submission for sending to insurance underwriters.
- On receiving insurance underwriter terms and conditions we prepare a written quotation for your consideration, taking into account all aspects of insurance from cover to cost and other important factors like underwriter claims paying ability.
- On acceptance of quotation we will arrange cover and complete all forms ready for signing.
- If required, our finance company will provide monthly payment terms.
- Policy documentation will be provided for your records.
Renewals
- On renewal we will automatically check that your covers and insurance costs are still competitive.
- Personally visit, if required to make updates and general policy changes.
- Organise new covers if your current insurance underwriter is no longer appropriate.
- Arrange adjustments and do all paper work.
- We will then send out your new account and policy details.
Claims
- We are available 24hrs a day in the event that emergency assistance or advice is required or you would like us to arrange a repairer or other third party to help you.
- We will arrange a suitable claim form to be completed as soon as possible and guide you through this.
- Your claim will then be lodged and monitored so that there is no delay and you receive the best possible outcome.
Financing (monthly payments)
- Towes Financing Ltd is a partner company and provides all of our clients with the option of Monthly Payments. We do not have a minimum or maximum monthly limit and payments are automatically deducted from your nominated account.
